Kirk and Spencer have done small jobs for us over the years, and when we decided to renovate the bulk of our house all at once, we knew there was nobody better for the job. They redid ceilings, floors, doors, built a custom fireplace and stairway railing, completely redid 2 bathrooms – and as expected, they worked with precision and an incredible attention to detail. The subtrades they hired were all excellent, and the subtrades we hired all commented on the excellent quality of their work. They were so considerate of us, trying every way to minimize the inconvenience to us. They had great suggestions when we just didn’t know what to do and were so patient and accommodating with every “might as well” job we added on to the project.
